Jetsprint racing is dangerous and all persons attending do so at their own risk and absolving the New Zealand Jetsprint Association, its officers and staff, property owners, owners of jetsprints, competitors and sponsors from any liabilities whatsoever arising from accidents causing damage to property or person injury.
Please note that officials reserves the rights to refuse entry to the grounds or remove any persons from the event if, in the view of the officials, that person is causing undue annoyance to others.
Please take notice of the safety signs placed around the event. Beware of moving vehicles in the pit area. No smoking in the pit area.
Camera and video recording equipment are permitted at the race events only on the condition that all ownership and property rights in any images of the event are FOR YOUR OWN PERSONAL AND PRIVATE USE ONLY. You are NOT permitted to make any images or footage available to any other person by any means for any purpose whatsoever without permission from the New Zealand Jetsprint Association.
