  2. Download and complete medical form (Drivers and Navigators). Post completed form to:
    THE SECRETARY, NZJSA, 3 WAIPAPA ROAD, RD1, THAMES 3578.
NB: Any members who have not paid by the due date will be deleted from the mailing list. Driver and Navigator subscriptions not paid by the due date WILL incur a 20% penalty.
NB: Medicals are now required on an annual basis inline with NZPBF and UIM regulations.

  • Navigator $350.00
  • Associate Member $120.00
