Secretariat is held on each race day morning, the following paperwork must be completed and displayed to the Secretary before drivers briefing.

1. Membership Cards - All Drivers and Navigators must present (or purchase a day licence)

2. Current NZPBF Medical - All Drivers and Navigators.

3. Signed Indemnity form in Log Book - All Drivers and Navigators.

4. Self Scrutineering Form - Each Driver must have completed and signed.

5. Engine Seal Register - Current and Correct (Group A and Lites engines)
